$5.00 Additonal charge for reservations before 8:00am or after 8:00pm.
$2.00 for every five minutes of waiting if the customer is not ready to go at the scheduled pickup time. If the customer is given a window they should be ready at the earliest side of the window to avoid this charge.
$5.00 minimum for any cancellation. This applies to all cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of your reservation time. There is no fee for changing or rescheduling an existing reservation with reasonable notification.
$20.00 or the full fare for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of your reservation time. There is no fee for changing or rescheduling an existing reservation with reasonable notification.
$5.00 for each addition stop, en-route. If a stop is not en-route the price will be determined by the dispatcher. Additional stops must be duly noted on a reservation. If a driver is asked by a customer to make an unscheduled stop he will most likely have to turn them down.
$5.00 for each car seat rental. (There is no luggage charge for customer provided car seats.)
(It is highly recommended that customers bring their own car seat in case they
may need one for any other transfers during their stay.)
LUGGAGE CHARGES
$2.00 for each golf bag. This charge only applies to soft cases.
$3.00 for any item larger than three feet in length, consisting of more than 72 linear inches (2'x2'x2'), or weighing more than fifty pounds. - To include each hard case golf storage container, large box, trunk / footlocker, pair of skis, or any other large / bulky item.
$5.00 for each bike or each surfboard bag containing more than one board.
FREE two large suitcases and two small (carry-on size) suitcases or handbags per person.
FREE Wheel chair, walker, small stroller, own car seat
The charge for any item not covered under our luggage charges will be determined at the time
of you reservation/confirmation. Please specify any unusual luggage information in the notes section of the reservation form if making a reservation on-line or by fax.
PET CHARGES (Pets are people too)
$2.00 for small pets. Containers no larger than a feline carrier. (1'x1'x2' or smaller)
$3.00 for medium sized pets. (2'x2'x3' or smaller)
$5.00 for large pets. (Larger than 2'x2'x3')
Traveling is usually a very traumatic experience for pets, and they can become very unpredictable. Due to liability reasons, as well as for the consideration of our other guests, all pets must be transported in their carrier at all times while in the vehicle. |
