online must be made a least 48 hours in advance.
*All
on-line reservations must include first and last
name, number of persons traveling, hotel and/or
local address, local phone number, all flight
information including; airlines, flight numbers,
departure cities, scheduled flight times, preferred
pick-up times, and a description of your luggage.
Non Oahu residents are required to give a major
credit card and home phone number.
*Some
passengers may prefer not to put their credit
cards online. You can fax it to us at (808) 625-6879

*All
reservations are subject to availability, but
will be confirmed vai e-mail within 24 hours
of receiving your reservation.
*For
arrival reservations we will check with your airline
to determine your actual arrival time and show
up at the airport at an appropriate time in order
to be waiting for you. Click

*We
will confirm all departures by phone, the evening
before your appointment, prior to 8:00 p.m. If
you are not available we will leave a message.

*To
change a reservation you may call us by phone
between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Hawaii time 7
days a week. Or you may fax us, or e-mail us at
any time.
*Cancellations
made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject
to a fee of $20.00 or the full fare. All other
cancellations are subject to a fee of $5.00. There
is no charge to change an existing reservation
with a reasonable notification.
*Unlike
some companies you may have experienced, we run
a tight ship and take being on time very seriously.
If you are forced to wait for us from your address
or hotel for an unreasonable length of time we
will, under most circumstance, grant you a generous
discount. Click here

driver even thinks he may be late he will call
you to let you know of his estimated delay. (Please
call us if our driver is even one minute late
and you have not received a call or message.)
*If
you are not ready when our driver is there to
pick you up from your address or hotel you will
be charged full fare plus waiting - even if the
driver must leave without you (drivers are not
required to wait more than five minutes).
*Arriving
customers may be faced with many uncontrolled
circumstances and are normally not charged for
waiting.
*If
you are an arriving passenger and are forced to
wait for us an unreasonable length of time, you
will under most circumstances be granted a generous
